Aboriginal Ethnic 100% Hand Stitched Textile Arts
This marvelous piece of embroidery tapestry is hand stitched by a senior Yi Tribe lady who has been a local embroidery expert for many years. Ethnic Yi lives in the remote mountainous Southwest China, and has long tradition in handcrafting embroidery, lacquer ware and silver accessories. This large piece took approximately two to three weeks to hand stitch, and you will find its geometric motifs and the use of colors are truly aboriginal and imaginative, making it a superb and unique piece of textile art for any home décor!
